Shipping and Returns

You may order securely online with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or via PayPal. You may also place a phone order and mail a check or money order, but those orders will be held for 10 business upon receipt of payment.

Please also feel free to call us toll-free, write us, or e-mail us with questions or to place an order. Our basic shipping rates are listed below. Texas residents are charged 6.25% sales tax and Austin residents 8.25%.

Please note: International orders MUST include an e-mail address so that we may contact you regarding shipping charges with your order.  International orders are not charged at all until the customer chooses one of the shipping options that we email to you. Customers with billing addresses outside of the United States will be not be charged until their order is ready to ship. Please allow extra time to process orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous states.

Exceptions to Free Standard U.S. Shipping
Please Note: Some items are excluded from our free shipping promotions including life size figures, shampoos, conditioners, crates, select nutritional supplements, artwork, topiaries & wire art and some select giftware. If your order contains some of those items, you will only be charged shipping for those items.

Shipping Rates within the Continental US*

***A few of our items sent domestically may require additional shipping charges. We will notify you, before shipping, if an additional charge is necessary. Additional charges will not be reflected in the automated reply you receive when you place your order, nor will they be calculated automatically on your order form.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. When a price increase is not reflected on the web site, we will notify you before shipping. If a price has been reduced, you will automatically get the benefit of the lower price, even if it has not yet been changed on the web site.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, please feel free to return it within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund of the merchandise value. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your package for to notify us of your intent to return an item.  If we receive your item without prior notification, your return may be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the total order.

If your Order shipped for free, the amount of postage paid by us to ship to you may be deducted from your refund. To cancel your order, you must call or e-mail us within 24 hours of your order & receive confirmation from our customer service department.
